The Jobs Network is the sole owner of the information collected on this site and we will collect information from our users at several different points on our website.
Registration
We request information from the user on our online job application form. Here a user must provide contact information and has the potential to respond to adverts carried by our advertisers and can upload their CV.
As a candidate you can also provide information regarding the type of work you are seeking and your skills, qualifications and experience. This information is used to enable the advertiser and ourselves to provide you with work-finding services. If we have trouble processing your application, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. By making an application to an advertisement or registering your details you agree to do so in your own personal, non-commercial capacity.
Data Protection
THE WEBSITE complies with the Data protection Act 1998. All personal data that is processed by THE WEBSITE is for the purpose of providing you with work finding services and other services provided by THE WEBSITE in which you may be interested.
If you require a copy and information of any personal data that is held about you by THE WEBSITE, you may make a written request to info@thesalesnetwork.co.uk for such data. There is a fee for the provision of this service.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

We partner with other advertisers to provide specific work seeking services. When the user registers their details or replies to an advertiser their details will be submitted to the advertiser, The Jobs Network and our key partner, Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment. We will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing work finding services.
Registering by completing a contact form or responding to an advert deems acceptance to this privacy policy and the terms contained within it. With this agreement we may use your registered name and email address to inform you about other related products and services. Upon application to a specific role advertised directly by a third party advertiser THE WEBSITE will either directly or indirectly disclose your registered name and email address to the third party company, firm or organisation that posted the advertisement on to Electronic Sales Jobs.
You also agree that THE WEBSITE may provide access to Prominent Media Limited, our Web Developer, who from time to time will require access to the back office of the site which may contain your personal data. In addition your personal data may be viewed by proposed or actual purchasers in the future of part or all of The Jobs Network Limited.
In addition, we reserve the right to disclose any information to comply lawful requests by any appropriate authorities and applicable laws.

Whilst THE WEBSITE takes every precaution to verify the advertiser is bona fide it remains your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the advertisement and advertiser is genuine. In addition you agree to take adequate means to protect your own interests and agree to indemnify THE WEBSITE from any claim, loss or liability arising directly or indirectly from any personal details submitted to an Advertiser.
THE WEBSITE does not independently verify the accuracy of the content within Advertisements placed upon THE WEBSITE.
Security
THE WEBSITE takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. THE WEBSITE servers are sited within a secure location and access is by staff of Prominent Media, our web developer, or our own authorised personnel.
While on a secure page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. Therefore no fee should be requested by any advertiser to review your application, handle your registration or to arrange an interview. If a request for payment is made please notify us immediately at info@thesalesnetwork.co.uk as this is indicative of non-genuine purposes. Every advertiser agrees to strict Terms and Conditions and we will take appropriate action, including immediate cancellation of their ability to post adverts onto Electronic Sales Jobs, if we feel that their actions are inappropriate or for non-genuine purposes.
