Scientific job vacancies suggest company's stability
If a jobseeker finds a vacancy through a scientific sales recruitment professional, this is likely a company whose financial situation is stable, an expert claims.
Managing director of Adecco Retail Steven Kirkpatrick claims available vacancies are a sign companies are capable of looking for future human resource investments.
"The fact that a firm is hiring in the first place usually shows they are thinking longer term," he asserts.
He advises people looking to change their employer make the switch after they have spoken to an expert such as a scientific sales recruitment professional.
Identifying firms which are still looking for new staff as confident in their stability, Mr Kirkpatrick suggests this shows they are able to look beyond their immediate financial situation.
He advises all workers to check the job market regularly as a method of "benchmarking" their salaries, even if they have no immediate plans to change their position.
According to figures from the Office for National Statistics, the employment rate is 0.2 per cent higher than it was twelve months ago.
